Dear Little Sister and Family, The Miss Virginia Opportunity is pleased to present you with our 2026 Miss America's Little Sisters - Virginia's Stars program. This is the fifteenth year of our prestigious program, and we know you will have a wonderful experience. We hope your involvement gives you a better understanding of the Miss Virginia scholarship program, its purpose, and benefits. We strive to give young women the opportunity for personal growth and the skills needed to excel in life. Through the Virginia's Stars program, we extend this unique opportunity to you. We encourage you to get involved with your Miss or Teen mentor. Ask questions, volunteer with her community service project, and make new friends.
