I approve the cost shown on the Estimate.
I am satisfied with the final version of the products rendering.
I have verified that all content is correct (this includes: dimensions, drawing number, spelling, phone numbers, etc) and that I assume all responsibility for typographical or other errors.
If specific Pantone or other color swatches must be matched, then that information has been supplied to Premier Signs prior to production.
If you are provided a link to the approval form, but instead reply to Premier Signs via email with a written "approved" or like, it will suffice as agreement to all terms shown here.
I understand that I cannot make any changes once the Proof Approval form has been submitted and my order is final.
Any revisions after form submission will incur design and production rate fees of $75 per hour + cost of materials
