Make-up classes

Students are always welcome to make up missed classes free of charge if Paul is notified ahead of time. We understand that sudden illness, family emergencies, and other unexpected situations can happen, and these will of course be taken into account.

If a class is missed without any notification, it is considered an unexcused absence and does not qualify for a free make-up.

Unexcused absences can still be made up, but there is a single class fee of ¥4,000, which should be paid on the day of the make-up class.

If you’ve reserved a make-up class but haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact Paul right away. The confirmation email means your spot is held—so if you don’t get one, your reservation wasn’t completed.

When a spot is reserved, the system automatically updates the number of available spaces. If no date is shown, it means there are no classes or no open spots on that day.
