We Service: Small, Medium & Large Volume Customers. Please see our Cotton Purchasing Terms & Conditions. Minimum order quantity (MOQ), of cotton is required. We have pre-order and queued ordering option for smaller brands.

Our MOQ are in 2 levels: Micro Producer and Full Production Line Orders.

- Micro Producer Order: 1500 LBS (~3bales) - Small Business

- Production Line Order: 5000 (~10bales)

HVI Specification Reports: We provide HVI cotton quality specification reports for your cotton specification matching needs.

Samples: Small samples of less than 2LBS, for specification validation needs. Any sample ordering over our sample offering amount of 2LBS of less, will be treated as a “Cotton Order” and must meet our MOQ “Micro Producer” order requirements.

Sample Order Limits: One (1). There is a one sample order limit, if you’ve ordered as sample, and or MOQ order for sampling to address specification and material creation. Typically sample orders are done, in prelude to a full order of cotton, once you complete a sample cotton order for the purpose of “line production material needs” you will only qualify for our “Production Line Order” requirement.

Small Brands (Less than Micro Producer Order Level 3bales):

Cotton bales are generally between 499 and 500lbs, and any desired order below 500lbs will force us to "break" a bale, removing the protective barrier in which clean cotton is stored. This can alter and impact the quality of the leftover cotton in the bale. Due to the risk of damage, we require all orders below 500lbs to be placed in a queue to pre-order cotton until the remainder of the bale has been pre-ordered by other small requests.
