Payment must be received within 3 weeks of camp sign up in order to continue to reserve your child's spot, except in the case of scholarship applications that fit the scholarship parameters.

Scholarships

There are currently scholarship spots left in the following camps: Animal Adventures, Story & Stage, and Fairies & Gnomes

The Mayapple School will accept a variety of financial information in order to award scholarships. Proof can include: copies of annual tax returns, monthly pay stubs, statements from employers, acceptance letters for other government programs, or other 3rd party verified information. All social security numbers or sensitive information should be redacted. If applying, send proof of income to themayappleschool@gmail.com with the subject: summer camp scholarship application. Alternately, you can send by mail to The Mayapple School at 404 Mt. Tabor Rd. Blacksburg VA 24060.

Do not send in financial information or proof of income if you are not applying for a scholarship.

Scholarships will be awarded for only one camp session per camper.

You have read the summer camp information in its entirety on The Mayapple School website and under the refund policy; the location, dates, and times of your chosen camps; and the age, self-toileting, and behavior requirements for campers. Refunds are not given for overlooking this information.
