Full Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: Whirlpool UK Appliances Limited, Morley Way, Peterborough, PE2 9JB
(“Promoter”).
2. The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over (excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers, their agents and anyone professionally connected
with this prize draw).
3. The prize draw is available to enter from 13/02/24 to midnight on 31/03/24. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
5. All entries must be submitted via the entry form. Entrants must submit the correct answer to the question provided on their entry form to be entered into the prize draw. Entrants must also select their closest Sirius member retailer to be entered into the prize draw.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the
Promoter by the entrant in the entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
7. There is 1 x NT M11 82XB UK (869991545160) available to be won.
8. The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 1st April 2024 ("Draw Date").
9. The winner will be contacted via email using the email address included in their entry. The selected winner will have 3 working days in which to confirm acceptance of the prize and their address for delivery. If the winner fails to respond within the fixed time period as specified, this may result in forfeiture of the Prize by that winner and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. Entries will not be returned and, subject to condition 15, only the winner will be notified that they have won the prize.
11. The Prize will be delivered to the winner within 31 days of the closing date. Any Prize returned to sender due to inaccurate details supplied will be considered unwanted and
the claim will be invalidated.
12. Adverse weather conditions could impact the delivery date. The Promoter is not
responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions.
13. The Prize is as stated and is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time at its sole discretion.
14. Product installation is not included as part of the prize.
15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable a copy of their winning entry, to anyone who emails gcg_hotpointprizedraw@whirlpool.com within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing gcg_hotpointprizedraw@whirlpool.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. By entering, you agree that the Promoter may disclose information to its agents for the
administration purposes only for this prize draw. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Notice. See also Condition 15 with regard to the announcement of the winner.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize if it has reasonable grounds
to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions or has been
fraudulent or has acted contrary to the spirit of the prize draw. By entering this prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. You understand that all information (including these rules) relating to this prize draw
published on any promotional or advertising material or on our website at any time
before or during the Promotional Period will form part of the terms and conditions of
Entry.
19. The Promoter has the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
21. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
22. These terms and conditions and this prize draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this prize draw wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
