PRIVACY POLICY (pursuant to Articles 13 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 04/27/16) the company, Bioteck spa, with registered office in Via E. Fermi no. 49, 36057 Arcugnano (VI) (hereinafter “Data Controller”), as Data Controller, informs you, pursuant to Art. 13 of the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), that the data you provide will be processed by the methods and for the purposes shown below: DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING: 1.1 The data subject to processing will be personal, identifying data (e.g. first name, last name, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment details) - hereinafter referred to as “personal data” or simply “data” - communicated by you to the Data Controller at the time of conclusion of the supply or purchase contract with the latter. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING: 2.1 Pursuant to Art. 6 of EU Reg. 2016/679, your data will be processed exclusively for the following purposes: • Execute the purchase or supply contract concluded by you with the Data Controller; • Fulfill the precontractual, contractual, and tax obligations deriving from the existing relationship with you; • Fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as in the area of anti-money laundering); • Exercise the rights of the Data Controller, for example the right to defense in court. 2.2 We inform you that we will be able to send you commercial and scientific communications relating to the Data Controller’s products, in particular by sending company newsletters by e-mail, unless you expressly oppose this type of processing by notifying the Data Controller. DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE METHODS 3.1 The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in Art. 4 of the Privacy Code and Art. 4, no. 2) of the GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation, and destruction of data. Your personal data is subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing. 3.2 The Data Controller will process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes referred to in Art. 2) and, in any case, for no more than 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship, also with regard to personal data acquired for marketing purposes. At the end of the aforementioned period, the data will be deleted or made anonymous. ACCESS TO DATA 4. For the purposes specified in Art. 2.1, your data may be accessible: • To employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as persons in charge and/or internal managers of the processing and/or system administrators; • To third-party companies or other subjects (by way of example: credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller in their capacity as external data processors. DISCLOSURE OF DATA 5.1 Your data may be disclosed, for the purposes referred to in Art. 2.1, to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, to insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those subjects for which its communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes. These subjects will process the data in their roles as independent data controllers. 5.2 Your data will not be disclosed. DATA TRANSFER 6. Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that, if necessary, the Data Controller reserves the right to relocate the servers, including outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller guarantees, effective immediately, that transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to stipulation of the standard contractual clauses envisaged by the European Commission. NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE REFUSAL TO REPLY 7.1 The provision of data for the purposes referred to in Art. 2.1 is mandatory. In their absence, we cannot guarantee the execution of the purchase or supply contract. RIGHTS OF THE PARTY CONCERNED 8.1 In your capacity as the party concerned, you have the rights referred to in Art. 15 of the GDPR. 8.2 Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR (Right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to objection), and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. Data categories. Images / videos always in a professional context in which you have participated.
Purposes and legal basis of the processing. Purposes strictly related and instrumental to the publication, communication and dissemination of the images/videos on the website and social pages of the Owner on the legal basis of your consent.
Compulsory or optional nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal. The provision of photo/video images is optional.
Period of data retention. Images and videos are kept by the Data Controller for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed. A check on the obsolescence of the stored data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically. 
Your rights. As a data subject, you are entitled to all the rights of access to personal data provided for in Article 15 of EU Reg. 679/2016 vis-à-vis the Data Controller, and you may therefore, among other things, obtain confirmation as to whether or not any processing concerning you has taken place. It will be your right to request, in the manner provided for by law, the rectification or deletion of the data or the restriction, in view of the protection of your rights, of the processing that concerns you, as well as to object to the processing itself and to revoke the consent given at any time, it being understood that where the revocation occurs after the publication of the images on social channels / web / or press there may be limitations, due to the fact that the images have been disseminated. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
