*Before uploading your photos, make sure each photo is named by the number in the order you want it to appear (1.jpg, 2.jpg, etc.) You may upload up to 40 photos (or 48 if your property is located in Clark County) in JPEG format, no smaller than 200KB and no larger than 5MB each. **IMPORTANT: You MUST OWN the photos you provide (you took the photos) or can provide written permission from the owner that I may use them. Photos CANNOT be copied from any source (internet, previous mls listing or other) without written permission from the owner that provides authorization that List4FlatFee.com, LLC may use them in the MLS listing AND you must provide the letter of authorization to List4FlatFee.com, LLC. If the MLS issues a fine for copied photos, you will be responsible for that fine (it can be up to $2000). Copywrite laws are very strict with violations of copied photos. Photos cannot show people, close up of animals, for sale signs, or have multiple photos on one photo.
