The Arts Compensation Project, powered by AMS Analytics, is available to current eligible APAP members on an annual subscription basis.
Who can participate:
- US and Canada-based presenting organizations with budgets ranging from under 1M to over 8M. Performing arts centers with budgets of 10M or more who operate their own facilities may be ineligible (this does not apply to university, college or municipal presenters or ACP pilot participants).
- APAP is especially interested in recruiting more small and midsized presenters (budgets of 3M or less); university and college presenters, rural presenters, and municipal presenters.
- Presenter Consortia members can participate as a block for additional discounts as indicated below.
- ACP participant must be current APAP members.
Non-APAP member presenting organizations or venues of ANY budget size who want to participate in ACP can join APAP for a special rate of $150 between March and April 2024.
This new member offer is available to organizations who have never been an APAP member or whose membership has lapsed 12 months or longer. New APAP members receive a 12-month membership, which would enable them to register and attend the members-only APAP|NYC 2025 conference. (Additional fees apply.)
Pricing
Spring enrollment pricing has been reduced substantially thanks to foundation funding. Enrollment is based on organization or presenting entity’s budget size.
- Pilot study participants who are not currently enrolled will have their enrollment completely underwritten for this next year.
- Fall enrollees will have their participation covered for the next two years and will receive free reports in 2024 and 2025.
Spring enrollment rates (good until April 8, 2024) are as follows (in USD):
Special Presenter Consortia Offers and Options:
- APAP seeks to partner with state and regional presenter consortia to promote participation, increase ACP enrollment, and support consortia membership recruitment/benefits.
- Consortia members with at least five members signing up to enroll will receive an additional 10% off the enrollment fee.
- Consortia members with 10+ members signing up to enroll will receive an additional 15% off the enrollment fee.
- Consortia may choose to help underwrite member participation, collect fees from members, and/or promote the offer to their members. APAP would issue an MOU with Consortia partners and invoice the Consortia entity directly (if applicable) based on the number of members signing up to enroll and the budget size of their members who choose to participate.
