Service Industry Employees Promotion Austin Marathon 2025

To qualify for the Food Service Industry Employee discount you must:

Be currently employed at a restaurant, cafe, or bar within the Travis County Area. Open to all who work in Austin's food and beverage industry. From baristas to bartenders, chefs to servers, this is your chance to step out from behind the counter and onto the race course.
Fill out the form below. We will process applications starting March 1st and notify those who qualify on a rolling basis until all spots are filled.
If you are accepted, you will receive an email with a discount code to register. You can then register online at YourAustinMarathon.com and enter the promotion code at checkout.

In addition to your photo ID, you will need to bring proof of your service industry employee status to packet pickup. As proof, we will accept:

Your current paystub with proof of your employment at at the food or beverage business.
A current signed, and dated letter on your employer’s letterhead stating that you are currently employed.

Discount is 50% off the Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K. Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, coupons, special promotions, or commercial rates. Taxes, fees, merchandise, and surcharges are extra.
