Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Cosmic Leap Foundation! We are an all-volunteer organization so we are extremely thankful to anyone willing to share their expertise and time with us!

The Cosmic Crew of the Cosmic Leap Foundation run all programs, marketing, and development efforts. Cosmic Crew Volunteers support projects such as:
- Programming: Space Colony Competition, Cosmic Career Chats, Space Club training
- Marketing: Social media content, website, graphics
- Development: Fundraising, grant writing, and donor relationships

Overview of the Cosmic Crew Work Groups

The Programming Work Group is responsible for the implementation of Cosmic Leap programming including Cosmic Career Chats and an annual Space Colony Competition. Activities include running career chats, managing judge and student submissions, and hosting an award ceremony.

The Development Work Group supports fundraising initiatives, including grant writing, securing sponsorships, and managing donor relations.

The Marketing Work Group amplifies the work of the Cosmic Leap Foundation through marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engage our audience. The focus is on developing social media content and flyers.
