General Info
The standard Booth Fee is for a 10x10 space (tent not included). Fees vary depending on the type of vendor. This fee will only be charged once the vendor receives approval and then accepts the invitation to participate in Festa Italiana. The invitation to join Festa Italiana must be accepted and all fees paid by April 25, 2024.
Add-ons can include electricity ($25).
All vendors must go through the online application process. Application deadline, including images, is April 21, 2024. You will be notified of acceptance by email.
Festa Italiana TX reserves the right to reject works that do not meet the professional standards listed below in "Standards and Rules".

Key Application Dates for Vendors
● April 21, 2024: Vendor application deadline
● April 25, 2024: Deadline for vendor to reply of invitation acceptance and payment of all fees
● June 8, 2024: Vendor check in and setup at 7:00AM
● June 8, 2024: Festa Italiana opens to the public 11:00AM – 9:00PM
Cancellation Details and Dates
● If vendor cancels prior to or on May 1, 2024 = 100% refund
● If vendor cancels between May 2, 2024 and May 15, 2024 = 50% Refund
● If vendor cancels between May 16, 2024 and June 8, 2024 = No Refund
Booth Details
● Booths have a flat fee — no commission on sales will be charged.
● Booth placement will be arranged by Festa Italiana TX and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.
● Vendors must bring their own booth set-ups and tents.
● The event is located on the street and 10X10 tents are encouraged.
● Limited electricity might be available upon request for an additional $25.00– if you require electricity please include this on your application form.
● Spaces are pre-assigned and all assignments are final.
● If the applicant cancels between May 2, 2024 and May 15, 2024 they will only be refunded 50% of their application fees. If the applicant cancels after that (May 15- June 8th, 2024), none of the booth fees will be refunded.
● The invitation to join Festa Italiana must be accepted by April 25, 2024. Legal Agreement
There will be no security provided outside of the City of Bryan police department special event officer. While every precaution will be taken for the safety and care of all products, in no case will Festa Italiana TX be responsible for loss or damage. If insurance is desired, it must be purchased by the vendor. Festa Italiana TX reserves the right to photograph, for promotional purposes only, any products or participants in Festa Italiana.
The following items are required for the application:
● Your entry fee paid through Square
● A copy of Texas Sales Tax and Use permit
● TABC License (if applicable)
● Temporary Food Permit (if applicable)
Other Things to Know
● Products ranging in price from $25 to $125 tend to sell best for this event. Of course you may bring products that are outside of this price range, however we do encourage you to take this under consideration.
● We require that you bring sandbags to hold down your tent. Stakes will not work because the event will be on the street.
● You will receive an email no later than May 1, 2024 with all your vendor details. ● Vendors must bring their own booth set-ups. This includes a tent and sandbags/weights to hold down the tent. Booths will be set up on the street and stakes are not allowed.
● Limited electricity might be available upon request for an additional $25.00. If you require electricity please include this on your application form.
● Booth spaces are pre-assigned and all assignments are final.
