Vendor Agreement
This vendor agreement is entered into by you, the vendor, and St. Mary’s Academy Alumnae Association (hereinafter referred to as SMAAA) which sets out the terms and conditions governing your participation in the St. Mary's Academy Alumnae Association’s 10th Annual Crawfish Boiling with a Twist to be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024.
By completing this application and agreement, you agree to participate as a vendor and acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms set out below.
Application & Payment: In order to participate in the event, the vendor must complete an application and pay the required fee of $100 and $75 for Maryites that have alumnae dues in good standing. All instructions, including date and cost, are listed on the event application. Space is limited. SMAAA, at its sole discretion, reserves its right to accept or reject a vendor.
Services: Once accepted, vendors will be assigned a designated space. SMAAA reserves the right to assign vendors a designated space within the event as it sees fit. Specific space assignment requests will not be accepted by SMAAA. Vendor's Booths shall be prepared for inspection by 1:00 pm on the day of event.
Terms: This agreement commences upon the vendor's completion of the application and payment of the required fee. The agreement shall continue in effect until the event has concluded or unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms contained herein.
Liability: SMAAA shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by vendor, including without limitation, damage to vendors property, loss of sale, or injury of vendor or vendors' staff. In consideration of permission to participate, the vendor agrees to waive all rights of subrogation against the SMAAA, its officers, officials, agents and members for losses arising out of or resulting from the event. This liability clause extends to St. Mary's Academy and any umbrella.
Instructions:
1. Set up time will be from 10:30am - 12:30pm on Saturday March 16, 2024.
2. Your booth must be ready at 12:45 pm prior to doors opening at 1:00pm. Vendor is responsible for all equipment needed.
3. A fee of $75 for Alumnae with dues in good standing and $100 for other vendors is due at the time of contract signing.
4. Hours vendors are required to have merchandise for sale is between the hours of 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Plan to stay for the entire event.
5. SMAAA is not responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise belonging to vendor.
6. Deadline to apply to be a Vendor is Friday March 1, 2024.
