1) The information you provided is true and complete and you accept Zurich Funding & Affiliates. (the “Bank”) to do background checks on your personal/business credit to determine your worthiness and eligibility to support a personal lending product. The following reports may be pulled at any time while doing business with Zurich Funding & Affiliates. (Credit Reports, background checks and tax returns).
2) You will be individually liable to Zurich Funding & Affiliates. for all debts and obligations incurred in connection with the credit you are issued. Any unpaid debts will result in negative impact on all three credit reporting agencies. (Experian, Equifax, and Tran’s union) in addition Zurich Funding. will have the right to appear in court to settle all debts and, consumer will also be responsible for all legal fees.
3) Your signature(s) will serve as verification for any transaction in connection with the collateral accounts (if any applies).
4) All partners that are signing this contract are personally guaranteeing that the loan will be paid in full. Zurich Funding & Affiliates. will put liens and judgments for any reason that the loan will default. In addition, Zurich Funding & Affiliates. will garnish pay, or any future settlements that the partners are entitled to in a future date.
5) Advance rates are determined by Zurich Funding & Affiliates. Based on credit worthiness, outstanding debts, closed accounts, charged off accounts, average daily balances on bank statements, income and employment history.
6) You certify that you are of legal contracting age and that you have read all the terms, authorizations and disclosures that were included with your application. You understand that the information that you provide is given to obtain credit from the bank and represent and warrant that it is true and complete.
