The 127th Annual Grand Session of Eureka Grand Chapter, Prince Hall Order Eastern Star, Inc. will convene on Monday, June 3, 2024, through Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at the Marriott Melville Long Island, 1350 Walt Whitman Road, Melville, NY 11747.

Setup:

Vendor slots are filled on a first-come first-served basis.
Vendors will have access to their table space during the following times:
- Sunday 3:00 PM to Monday 3:00 PM
- Monday 3:00 PM to Tuesday 3:00 PM
Vendors may begin to set up at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday June 2nd
It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your merchandise and furnish table covers for overnight protection.
It is your responsibility to supply the necessary extension cords or any other items required for your merchandise display.

We make every effort to reserve the space you request. Eureka Grand Chapter is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
