Team Descriptions:

*,**Maintenance and Repair Committee:
This committee operates under a priority system: 1) prioritizing repairs crucial for life, health, and safety; 2) addressing issues to prevent building deterioration; and 3) handling cosmetic repairs, unless directed otherwise by the Executive Committee. Comprising association officers and interested tenants, this committee conducts regular building condition surveys and prioritizes repair tasks accordingly.

**Media & Messaging Committee:
Ensures consistency in publicly released content, manages the union's media appearances, and maintains its public image.

**Outreach & Training Committee:
Dedicated to increasing union awareness and recruiting and training new members.

*Design Committee:
Creates and maintains graphical and video content, such as memes, infographics, logos, pamphlets, posters, newsletters, and flyers.

*Moderation & Online Security Web Development Committee:
Oversees online community behavior, platform structure, and information security.

**Council Leaders:
Engage with tenants on their respective floors through distributing flyers, conversations, and door-to-door interactions.

*Council Captains:
Coordinate activities within hotels, including outreach, meetings, and collaboration with the Maintenance and Repair Committee as part of the Executive Committee.

*UNION: CTU Executive Committee of the Associations:
Comprising the President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Association Union Captains.
