Host and coordinator training - (16/06)(16:00 - 17:30) Want to become a host or coordinator at De Sering? Then join this training! The host and the coordinator run sering nights together. The host is responsible for all public facing responsibilities and the coordinator is responsible for all happenings behind the bar and in the kitchen

Cooking lessons - Temporary edition Product Image

Cooking lessons - Temporary editionEvery sunday between 10:00 - 18:00 For the month of june, I (Daan) need to take over sunday prep, thus cannot give the cooking lessons as per usual. The cooking lessons will be worked into the prep instead. Every sunday you can come by, help out and learn something at the same time! Here is the schedule: 10:00 - 11:00 - kitchen tour and kitchen ethics (1) 11:00 - 13:30 - Using heat, the Sering dish (2) 14:00 - 16:00 - bringing to taste, food safety (3) No sign up is required. The normal cooking lessons will resume somewhere in july.
