All orders must be placed 3-4 weeks in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS! This gives me adequate time to order supplies and ingredients. It helps set aside enough time in my schedule to complete your order.
There is a two dozen minimum for all orders.
After submitting an order form, please allow 48 hours for us to review it. Someone will reach out to you via text to follow-up about your order.
You will receive a mockup with 6 designs for you to approve. This will be your opportunity to make changes. Once you approve your final designs, you will receive an invoice with the total and details. Please review your invoice thoroughly!
You must pay a 50% deposit to secure your order date. You will have 72 hours after you receive your invoice to pay your deposit, or your date will be forfeited.
The remaining balance is due 3 days before your order due date. You will receive the pickup address once the final balance has been paid.
All transactions (deposits & remaining balances) must be paid via Square. Your invoice will include a payment link. Cash or other electronic payments will not be accepted.
Once you have selected your date, please note that the date is now locked in. You will not receive your order before this date.
Each cookie in your order will be individually wrapped. This helps the cookies stay fresh and preserves the design.
All orders must be picked up unless you have chosen the delivery option on the order form. (The delivery fee is $50.) Please be mindful of your pickup time. :)
Treats by Tash LLC is not liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen items once the order has left our premises and has been delivered to or picked up by the customer.
Treats by Tash does not offer refunds. We ask that you please read the order policies of your invoice carefully.
