    Proud Events is excited to announce that Bristol Harbour Festival will take place over the weekend of Friday 19th - Sunday 21st July across the Bristol Harbourside. The festival has been running for over 50 years and remains one of Bristol’s largest FREE events. This year our aim is to put the city and the harbour at the fore-front of the event with a jam packed programme of talent from Bristol and the South West.     Venues & Trading Hours

    Millennium Square & Waterfront Square: Friday 18:00 - 22:00, Saturday 11:00 - 22:00, Sunday 11:00 - 18:00.

    Queen Square: Saturday 11:00 - 22:00, Sunday 11:00 - 18:00.                      

    College Green (Family Area): Saturday 11:00 - 18:00, Sunday 11:00 - 18:00.  

    Narrow Quay: Saturday 11:00 - 22:00, Sunday 11:00 - 18:00

    Trader Categories

    Band 1: High Volume Trader (Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fun Fair Style etc)

    Band 2: Medium volume trader (Established Festival Trader)

    Band 3: Low Volume Trader (Local Street Food & Coffee, Dessert)

    Band 4: Farmers Market Trader (Artisan Foods such as cheese, small bakeries selling bread/cakes; and food for offsite consumption such as jams & condiments etc). 

    Exhibitor (3m x 3m): Non food trader or exhibitor such as info, community and clothing stalls.

    Please Note you are not permitted to retail alcohol without written confirmation from the festival organiser.

    If you have more than one trader please complete a separate application form for each one.

    Payment


    If confirmed, a 50% deposit of your full payment (pitch fee + power + waste bond) will be due on confirmation. The balance will be due no later than Friday 26th April 2024.
