    Setup Time: 7:00 am-8:45am

    Location: 31 Central Street, Denbigh Ontario

    Vendor Application

    Please fill out the vendor application form and submit it prior to the event. PDF or scanned applications can be sent via email to easternontariohomesteading@gmail.com if you are unable to complete it online.

    Booth Information

    Each vendor will be provided with a minimum 8ft of frontage for their booth, outdoor or premium spaces may include more frontage. Outdoor spaces are responsible for booth setup (table, tent, chairs, etc). Indoor spaces can be supplied with a table and 2 chairs for an additional $10. If you require access to power, please indicate so on the application form (additional fees may apply). Power is only available to indoor spaces.

    Fees

    The vendor fee is for the entire day (9:00 am - 4:00 pm). This fee secures your spot and is non-refundable. Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance of your application.

    Fees Schedule:

    Regular single table booth- $50

    Premium double table booth-$100

    Premium triple+ table booth-$150

    Outdoor Spaces- To be determined

    Large Vendors: Please contact us to discuss spacing requirements and fees

    Demonstrators:  If you would like to provide a demonstration, an exemption or reduction of fees may apply.
