  • These meetings will be evaluated on an annual basis. Failure to submit your paperwork on time may result in the inability to schedule for your requested dates.

General Rules and Expectations: Groups requesting to use the Mount Pleasant Community Center and its facilities must agree to the following list of rules and expectations. Failure to comply with the following may result in termination of this agreement.

    1. You cannot move anything around in the room. The tables, chairs, and games have been placed in their current locations for a reason. Movement of these items may result in damages to the items or to the floors. Your organization will be responsible for any damages that occur.
    2. If you make a mess, clean it up. There are trash cans that are lined and available in both halls. If the trash is full, please tie up the bag and take it out to the dumpster located in the parking lot attached to the West Hall.
    3. We welcome craft projects, but we ask you not to use glitter or confetti as they cause a huge mess that is difficult to clean up.
    4. Turn the lights out when you are finished. Please help us conserve energy!
    5. We ask groups to limit meeting times SO that all groups have a chance to meet at the Community Center. Please keep meetings limited to 2 meetings per month at 2 hours each. I have read and agree to meet all the conditions of these general rules and expectations and will assume responsibility. I understand that if these conditions are not met or if the building and its contents are not left in the condition they were found, as stated by this agreement, the agreement will be terminated.
