    While at camp any inappropriate behavior that jeopardizes the experience, well being, or safety of yourself or others will result in an immediate conversation with a director and possible dismissal from camp.

    • Substance Use: Possession, use, or distribution of drugs, alcohol, marijuana/THC and/or tobacco is strictly prohibited.
      Bullying, Harassment, and Aggression: Name-calling, racial slurs, fighting, and bullying are strictly prohibited.
    • Physical Harm: Hitting, shoving, pushing, or being mean to others is not allowed
    • Theft of camp or others’ belongings
    • Destruction of Property: Damaging or destroying camp property is a serious violation.
    • Weapons: Bringing weapons to camp is not permitted
    • Public Nudity: No displays of public nudity at any time.
    • Sexual Behavior: No spying, watching or recording others while changing or in the bathroom, touching others’ private areas, exposing yourself, sexual jokes or comments, or viewing pornography.

    Camas Meadows Seasonal Staff are expected to:

    Be Respectful to Camp

    • Honor God in your words and actions. No using God’s name in vain, no swearing. 
    • Care for the Grounds & Buildings- Pick up trash, put things away when you’re done / be careful not to damage or break thingsetc.
    • Care for the Wildlife – Give animals space, be careful of the plants and flowers / do not pick flowers, do not feed or harm animals.
    • Be dependable and do quality work.


    Be Respectful to Yourself & Others

    • Try Your Best! Give new things a try and keep a good attitude. 
    • Treat others with kindness & respect and never gossip or talk badly about others.
    • Use kind and appropriate words. No swearing, sexual jokes, jokes about suicide etc.
    • Be quiet during guest's quiet time and lights out so others can rest 
    • Have appropriate physical interactions with other staff and guests. Avoid any inappropriate interactions or time alone with staff or guests. Give people personal space. Avoid tickling and wrestling, no cup checks, butt slaps, kissing etc. 
    • Take care of your body. Get good sleep, drink water, food, shower at least every other day, brush your teeth and apply deodorant daily. 
    • Dress appropriately. No cleavage or butt showing. No speedos, bikini tops or bikini bottoms. One piece or sports bra style and swim shorts okay.

    Be a Respectful to the Rules

    • Communicate with the camp’s leadership about any problems or concerns with guests or staff. Report to camp leadership any perceived threats or dangers.
    • Stay in cabins during lights out. You may only be outside of your cabin at night with permission or during an urgent matter.
      Communicate where you will be.
