ROLE:
The Executive Assistant/ Operations is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business, clients and team results.
This role involves project management, clear & efficient delegation skills, to be proficient at manageing and leading VA's to complete tasks, keep work load consistently, flowing to maximize time efficiency.
Weekly blog creation using ChatGPT, email copy, manage master email send rhythm to email lists. VA will be guided on directions from EA and completing projects to completion with Monday team huddle and Friday check-In meetings for results.
accurate reporting in our CRM, identifying potential issues in our sales process, and communicating these to the appointment setter team leader.
The Appointment Setter is responsible for meeting sales targets and generating revenue, contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as part of a cohesive operations and marketing team towards a common goal, contributing to a competitive yet collaborative environment that maximizes the performance of the entire team.
Strive to meet and exceed individual rocks(these are metrics you will be responsible for) Performance reports weekly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow lead generation plans that align with company and revenue growth objectives, live event schedule, online events schedule.
Participate in company training and onboarding programs.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant marketing strategies. We want to stay cutting edge with client feedback to adjust messaging, marketing, and have a high standard of deliverables to maximize referrals, success stories, and sales.
RESULTS:
Regular reports on projects complete, (Done or Not Done) email marketing sequence building & metrics, funnel building projects, video projects, advertising & marketing projects.
Systematic approach and not easily overwhelmed by projects, tasks, meetings and performance. We provide coaching & direct feedback to thrive at your position, be open to growth and change, while building systems for consistency & longevity.
Virtual Assistant meets their metrics or receives appropriate coaching from Executive Assistant, or leadership team.
Strong skillset on the phone to communicate more effectively should the need arise. (strong behind the scenes and not afraid to pick up phone and solve problems)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a operational role or virtual assistant.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in project management, delegation, detailed results, operation management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
- Experience in using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
- Patient communicator, strong delegator, driven to see projects finished on time with high quality standards, giving personal best to role.
- Follow up is key with team and clients to meet goals and desired results.
- Organized strategies to finish projects ahead of schedule, detailed and precise.

HOURS:
Central Standard Time Zone (Flexibility Offered)
SALARY:
$20 an hour up to $35 hr after proven results for 90 days.(this is a full time position)
60 days for training period to learn systems and integrating with team and SOP's.
