Event Schedule:
- 3:00 PM: Vendors begin arriving and setting up
- 4:30 PM: Vendors finish setting up
- 5:00 PM: Market begins
- 9:00 PM: Market ends, vendors begin packing up
- 9:30 PM: All vendors finish packing up
Products: Please note, to be fair to all vendors, we can only accept a limited number of vendors for each category at each market. However, exclusivity may not be guaranteed.
Eligible Products:
- Produce: fresh fruits, vegetables including conventional, hydroponic, organic and seasonal
- Plants and flowers: flowers, decorative house plants, garden plants, herbs
- Prepared and specialty food products: baked goods, fresh bread, seafood, barbecue, cheese, smoothies, pasta, ethnic food, eggs, dried soups, coffees, teas, nuts, jams, jellies, honey, sauces and condiments (must be produced in certified cottage food operations or certified kitchen operations)
- Art and craft products: handmade and original items such as candles, soaps, balms, lotions, woodworking, leather items, paper goods, jewelry, appropriate original art pieces

This application must be submitted along with payment. filling out the form does NOT complete registration. Each applicant will be reviewed by Main Street Zephyrhills and accepted for this market, unless otherwise notified. There are NO REFUNDS unless your application has been rejected by Main Street Zephyrhills.
VENDOR CODE OF CONDUCT
• Vendors, and those associated with a vendor, are expected to maintain a professional and courteous attitude
towards other vendors, Main Street Zephyrhills and volunteers, City of Zephyrhills staff and
emergency personnel.
• Vendors are encouraged to bring concerns about to the management staff working the
Market, not to patrons or other vendors.
• Vendors must not publicly disparage other vendors or their products. This behavior may be grounds for
immediate dismissal and termination from future events.
• Vendors shall not use any language or action to insult or harass another vendor, shopper or City staff.
• Vendors may not shout in a loud or aggressive manner to customers in an attempt to sell vendor’s wares.
• Vendors are not allowed to stand in the walkways while providing samples to patrons, and cannot sell from the
exterior sides of their space. All vendor activity must be conducted within their assigned booth space(s).
• Vendors shall take the proper safety and health precautions to protect patrons, the Market, The City, the public
and property of other vendors.
• Vendors shall be responsible for all damages to persons or property that occur as a result of vendor’s
negligence or misconduct. This includes any property owned by or provided by the City.
• Vendors, and those associated with a vendor, agree to park in vendor parking or assigned handicapped spaces
and agree to additional penalty fees.
• Vendors agree to keep their booth space(s) attractive and clean during hours of operation.
• Vendors must clean up their spaces, remove trash and take boxes with them after the event closes.
• Vendors agree to follow our attendance policy and understand failure to comply can result in their dismissal.
• Illegal, unethical and/or abusive behavior will be grounds for immediate dismissal and/or termination.
• Vendors must follow all codes of conduct.
