When registering in the CARM Client Portal, you will be asked to answer the following affinity/security questions:
i) Transaction number and total duties and taxes on a B3 (Canada Customs Coding form) or through the electronic data interchange (EDI)
ii) Transaction Payment Amount
iii) Statement of Account balance.

2. Due to CBSA's internal data and processes, PF Collins does not take responsibility for the accuracy of information provided in relation to CBSA's affinity questions. We can only provide information based upon our own transactions and payments to the CBSA as your Customs Broker.
