Please read the following scenario and describe how you would approach the situation while ensuring respect for both the participant you are mentoring and the camp's honor code and pledge: Kayla, a 14-year-old first-time participant at New Beginnings Camp, is excited to attend. While on a walk to the waterfall with a fellow JC and some campers, you overhear a conversation in which Kayla and another camper are making inappropriate jokes and using disrespectful language. When you address the situation, Kayla seems embarrassed and expresses concern about how this will affect her standing at camp.How would you handle this situation with Kayla, and what steps would you take to address it with the camp staff?
