  • General Information

Auditions are March 7th (slots betwen 10am-7pm) and 8th (2pm-7pm) at Cornerstone Lutheran Church Carmel location.  See your email for the signup genius link to select your timeslot after completing this form.

Please prepare a 60 or less second monologue of your choice and a song of 16 bars (if slow, 32 bars if fast). Be prepared for a quick dance audition (you'll be shown 30-40 seconds of choreography and asked to replicate it).

Callbacks will be the evening of March 12th.  Callbacks will include cold reads and more detailed singing.  We greatly prefer in person auditions but due to schedule conflicts we can take some video auditions.  Email nate.daroll@gmail.com for more.

We reserve the right to cast and cut as needed to construct a cohesive and qualified cast. We are welcoming a limited chorus of kids, but our general desired age of cast members is those turning 16 by this coming July and up. We encourage those under this age and not in the kids chorus and also those cut to apply for our crew.

Our Venue is Pike Performing Arts Center.
    Tech week details:
    July 18th: 10am-8pm Set Build/Paint/Dress rehearsal.
July 19th Sunday Load in at venue: 3-9pm
    20th Monday: 5-11pm
    21st Tuesday: 5-11pm
    22nd Wednesday: 5-11pm
    23rd Thursday: 5-11pm
    24th Friday: 5-11pm
25th Saturday: 1-9pm (Moving my show times, but still doing 2)
    26th Sunday Strike: 2-5pm

Practices will be Sundays at Castleton Community Church 2-6pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at various homes in Carmel 6-9:30pm.  The Sundays will cover all blocking and choreography, and the weekday practices will cover music.

Leads will have a slightly different schedule--same days of course.  The plan is to cover their material (April-May) through once a week Sunday practices before ensemble work begins late May.  You'll be shown a more detailed calendar during and shortly after auditions and we can work around those schedules.

Costumes will be mostly volunteered or re-used from previous shows. You may be asked to provide some of your costume accordingly if it has a special need or if you wish to own it.  We will ask everyone to contribute $50 to help cover costs of the show.
