Watershed Management Request/Complaint Form
Watershed Management (erosion control, stormwater and floodplain) staff has regulatory authority for active construction sites in Wake County, Garner, Morrisville, Rolesville, Wendell and Zebulon. The municipalities are responsible for their own floodplain management and post construction stormwater management. County staff can respond to construction related questions and complaints in the above listed areas, answer questions about proposed development, drainage issues, etc. Before initiating a request, please use iMaps and/or Permit Portal FIRST. If unable to locate the property using iMaps or Permit Portal, please use this form for your request.
