Thank you for choosing Volt for your Repair and Service needs! Please provide as much information as you can to help provide the best and quickest repair/service possible.

Be advised, for all in house repairs a diagnosis deposit of ($125), will be charged, per unit. This deposit will be applied towards repair costs even if repair is declined.

Be advised, If your fixture needs to be sent away to manufactuer for an RMA Repair (both warranty and non-warranty) a diagnostics fee as well as a shipping and handling fee will occur.

To avoid additional fees we can confirm Warranty Status and Facilitate an RMA repair on your behalf (a $50 fee will occur for each Manufacturer)

For any fixtures that are requested to have expidted repairs (Less than 2 week turnaround) there will be an additional charge of $125 per fixture plus the cost of expedited shipping charges if needed so long as parts are available

Any Fixtures/Console not picked up with in 7 business days after repair(s) are complete there will be an additional $15/Day Storage Fee. (Certain Exceptions Apply, for any questions or concerns contact the Repair Department directly at repairs@voltlites.com )

PLEASE WAIT UNTIL REPAIR DEPARTMENT REACHES BACK OUT BEFORE SHIPPING AND OR DROPPING OFF ANY FIXTURES/CONSOLE!!!

Please be aware for any console with multiple bad faders, ALL faders should be replaced to avoid any tactile differences between new and existing faders as well as avoiding future issues with pre-existing faders.
Due to High Volume please expect minimum 3-5 Week Turnaround on all repairs
