• Sip 'n Stroll 2024 Non-Profit Application

    Sip ‘n Stroll Seneca is a fine art festival and wine/craft beer tasking event that will be held Saturday September 28, 2024 in Downtown Seneca, SC. We are currently seeking local non-profits that are located in Oconee County to enhance the festival. The only requirement for the non-profit booth is to have an “interactive” aspect to your booth. It can be art related OR related to the services you provide. If you would like to be considered, please complete the form below and provide a copy of your W-9. ***Please note – you will be required to provide your own tent, tables and chairs.

  • NON-PROFIT VENDOR NOTE:

    Applications will be accepted through August 31st. A limited number of non-profits will be accepted and we reserve the right to refuse any application. Selected vendors will be notified by September 6, 2024.

  • SIP 'N STROLL RULES AND EXPECTATIONS

    • Your organization must serve the residents of Oconee County, SC.
    • No live animals at your booth
    • No political representation
    • No merchandise for sale
    • Booth must be occupied from 11am to 5pm
    • No direct solicitation, however, if offered you may accept

  • Booth Information

    Setup:

    • Registration will be open on Saturday, September 28 from 8am-9:30am. 
    • All booths must be set up and completed no later than 10:30am to be eligible for the festival.
    • All organizations MUST CHECK IN AT REGISTRATION on the day of the event at the designated location. You will be given a check-in packet, which will include your Booth Assignment, an event map, and pertinent information regarding the show. We encourage you to read everything in your packet before the show opens for business.
    • Without exception, vehicles will not be allowed on site after the setup times specified above.

    ** Electricity is not available for this event.

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected organizations will receive an acceptance email and your organization's website/social site will be listed on the Sip 'n Stroll website.

  • **Booth Specifics:

    NOTE: You as an organization, are responsible for your own tent, tables, and chairs. Because this event is outside, we HIGHLY encourage a popup canopy with sides. Weights are required!
