Please note that restaurant, pool, childcare, and personal service inspections & unfit, closure, and work orders are available on the AHS EPH website (ahs.ca/eph).

- I acknowledge that there is a $50 per municipal address fee + potential additional processing fees. A $100 additional fee is required if EPH deems it appropriate to conduct an on-site inspection. These fees must be paid prior to the records being released.
