Event Rules and Requirements
**Please thoroughly read the following rules and requirements.**
Term #1: The booth size selected in this form will be the exact amount of space allocated to the vendor listed in this form. Vendors are not permitted to extend beyond their designated area. Booth location will be determined by the Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (CWHCC) board of directors and will be assigned at their discretion. CWHCC does NOT provide tents, tables, or other furniture. No vendor may “sell”, “sublet” or “give” their space to anyone without the prior written consent and knowledge of the CWHCC Board of Directors. Agreed?

Term #2: Vendors will clean up after themselves at the Yakima Taco Fest. At the end of the event, each vendor will clean up their area by leaving it as they found it. Vendors must supply their own trash cans and liners for waste. Trash dumpsters will be on site and available. Do you agree to clean up after yourself and dispose of all trash and food byproducts (e.g., grease, compostable materials, single-use plastics) properly? Failure to comply with cleanup requirements will result in a $50 cleanup fee.
