GENERAL INFORMATION

Deadline to register: October 7th 2024. Social event (Oct 16) upon availability

The Symposium program is as follows

October 15th - welcome cocktail at Hotel Melià 6.30 pm
October 16th - opening ceremony, conference sessions & exhibition. Social evening (not included in the fee)
October 17th - conference sessions, exhibition, closing ceremony

All participants are required to register.

2 - days conference fee includes: conference kit, attendance to all sessions, welcome cocktail on October 15th, 4 coffee breaks, 2 lunches (Oct 16 and 17), certificate of attendance, proceedings (digital)
1 - day conference fee includes: conference kit, attendance to the session of the selected day, welcome cocktail on October 15th, coffee breaks and lunch of the selected day, proceedings (digital)

Social Evening – Milan Gala Experience

Participation in the social evening of October 16th (venue: Palazzina Appiani) is not included in the conference fee, the ticket is 100€ and can be purchased during the registration process (max 200 places)

Abstract Submission

Speakers accepted for the Symposium will be requested to fill in a dedicated registration form.

Payment

Payment receipt is issued by ASCCA (non-profit organization). ASCCA issues receipts (not invoices). Receipts are FUORI CAMPO IVA (out of VAT scope). The receipt will be sent after payment, by e-mail, prior to the symposium. During registration process you can choose if you want receipt to you or your company. Cancellation policy
REFUND for cancellations by September 13th. Please notify us by e-mail. After that date, no refund.
SUBSTITUTION is always possible by sending the name of the cancelled participant and the replacement to the address info@iscc2024.com. You will have to keep the same category of registration.
