Event Time: 10am-2:00pm
Pack up time: 2:00-3:00pm
We will email your invoice to you once your application is approved.
All fees must be paid no later than 3/22/24. Your spot will ONLY be reserved after your payment has been completed. Vendor location map will be emailed to you prior to the event.
Terms and conditions regarding this event:
This event will be held at The Fun Venue located at 221 N. St Francis St, Wichita, KS 67202
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless host and its volunteers or agents from any and all claims, causes of actions, suits, damages, injuries, and losses to any person or goods arising out of or connected to the event.
Vendor is responsible for any damage they or their product causes to the rented space during the event.
NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE.
Only one business or direct sales company per vendor will be allowed at this event unless there is an amicable agreement between the vendors and host. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE THE MERCHANDISE LISTED ON THE REQUEST IN YOUR BOOTH! If you would like to add other items, you will need pre-approval. All items must be new and/or repurposed crafts...this is not a flea market/garage sale.
Vendors may be asked to leave the event if behavior is not compliant with guidelines stated in this contract or with CITY, STATE, COUNTY GUIDELINES.
We are acting as the event marketer/organizer and cannot guarantee minimum attendance.
Marketing info:
We will have signs up around Wichita to advertise.
We will also post this event on Facebook and encourage vendors to post products, and specials on the event page.
We will post on various Wichita Event pages however feel free to share the event on pages we may not be a part of.
