Adopt-A-Piano SponsorshipSponsor one of our 9 pianos. You will receive recognition with a custom plaque affixed to your piano and will be listed on our website. A team member will be in contact to complete your sponsorship and process payment.

DonationHelp support our Painted Pianos project. These donations help with moving costs, storage, and supplies. A team member will send you a link for payment where you can enter the specific amount you wish to donate.

Donate a PianoDonate your piano. The costs associated help with the pick-up, moving, storage and/or disposal of your piano with in Walnut Creek city limits. Your piano will be picked up the week of April 15th. All donated pianos are scheduled to be picked up on the same day, so please confirm that you are available the entire week. Please email services@walnutcreekdowntown.com a photo of your piano for approval. Once a team member has confirmed that the piano is a good fit for the program an invoice will be sent to process your donation.
