Introduction

My name is Kathy McAfee and I own and operate the Fearless Leader Books™ series as well as The Fearless Leader™ program. My goal is to “share the platform” and create new leadership opportunities, visibility and credibility for people, especially for women and minorities, through the power of leadership development and collaborative book writing.

Fearless Leader Books is a series of non-fiction books that seeks to motivate and inspire readers by sharing stories, experience and wisdom from individuals who have been fearless in the face of adversity and hardship. The first book in this series is Fearless Female Leaders: Stories and Strategies to Empower More Women to Lead, coauthored by Kathy McAfee and Rosemary Paetow (release date April 2024).

How we do this

Writing a book can be a daunting and lonely experience. That's why we partner first time authors with experienced authors to create new books under The Fearless Leader brand. We work with Publish Your Purpose, the hybrid book publisher, to capture your bold ideas into book form with the highest level of quality. You'll walk away from this collaborative project with more than a great new book. You will emerge with new knowledge, experience, pride, and new connections that will transform you and build your legacy.
