Pitching Floor Trainer: Description Total Arm Care
Position Overview
Total Arm Care is looking for a passionate, motivated coach to join our team full-time. This role focuses on developing pitchers through quality coaching, communication, and long-term athlete development while helping create a world-class experience for every athlete and family.
Schedule
Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
Evening and weekend availability required based on training schedule
Responsibilities
On-floor Coach
Conduct athlete evaluations and assist with player development plans.
Update athlete programming
Monitor athlete progress and communicate with athletes and families.
Utilize TrackMan, Edgertronic, and other technology during training.
Work with the TAC coaching staff to ensure consistent coaching and programming.
Assist with educational content, social media, and player progress reports as needed.
Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional training environment.

Preferred Experience
College or professional playing experience preferred.
Previous pitching instruction or coaching experience preferred.
Experience with performance technology (TrackMan, Edgertronic, etc.) is a plus.
