Important Dates:
July 26, 2024: 25% non-refundable deposit due. Booth deposits not received may result in booths being released to waitlisted vendors.
- Vendors can re-apply but will not be given priority placement.
September 6, 2024: Final booth invoices are due. Booth payments not received in full may result in booths being released to waitlisted vendors.
- No vendor will be allowed on site until full payment is received.
Booth Fees:
Fees cover all 3 days of Country Thunder Florida. No partial commitment bookings. Vendors must staff booths for all event hours.
Booth Rentals include:
- 2 worker passes
- 1 parking pass
- Power is NOT included.
- Power can be ordered, closer to the event, direct to the venue.
- Power services form will be provided closer to the event.
Event Add-ons
- Worker passes $100
- Worker passes will permit access to the festival bowl after the market is closed.
- Day - Parking Pass $20
- Event - Parking Pass $60
- Vendor Camping FREE (first-come-first-serve)
- No water/power hookups.
- Generators are permitted.
- Temporary washrooms available (porta-potties).
Booth Set Up Requirements
1. All vendors must be set up and fully operational by noon (12p.m.) on Friday.
2. Vendors who are moving in Friday MUST let show management know so booths are not considered no-shows.
3. Booth must be clean and in good structural condition.
4. Tables must be skirted to the ground.
5. Signage must be professional.
6. All vendors must be contained to their rented space.
7. Vendors are not permitted to pull into the venue. Plan to bring a cart or dolly to make move-in easier for yourself.
8. Vendors are expected to have insurance to cover their company and services to attend the event. Copies will only be requested upon incident.

Saturday 12:30p.m. – 8pm
