    Summer Camps for children 3 - 7 years old!

    Dance Workshops & Masterclasses for dancers 8 - 18 years old!

  • Dance Parties

    Our dance parties are single-day, 90-minute to 2-hour events.
  • Join us for a lovely afternoon with Alice and her friends at a magical tea party!  Dancers will love learning their own Alice in Wonderland ballet dance, participating in a lovely craft, meeting Alice and her friends for a photo, and having a tea party!

    Dancers are welcome to wear a ballerina outfit, tutu, or princess dress.  We simply ask that whatever your dancer wears is easy to move and dance in.  Ballet slippers are recommended, but socks are okay, too!

    Bring your friends!  Attendees do not need to be current members of Expressions Dance!

  • Dance Camps for Children in Santee

    Get ready to party with your BFFs and your favorite Taylor Swift songs! 

    Your dancer will have a blast learning a dance to a favorite Taylor song, making friendship bracelets, and more!

    Bring your friends! Attendees do not need to be current members of Expressions!

    Time: 3:00-5:00 pm

    Location: Expressions Dance & Movement Center Studio A

    Ages: 6-12

  • Give your child a new dance opportunity! 

    Choose a New 6-week short-session dance class that begins the week of April 8, 2024. 

    • Ages 2-3 years: Tippy Toes on Saturdays 9:00-9:30 am ($75)
    • Ages 2-5 years: Music & Movement on Wednesdays 9:45-10:30 am ($85)
    • Ages 3-4 years: Ballet & Creative Movement on Fridays 3:45-4:30 pm ($85)
    • Ages 5-8 years: Ballet & Musical Theater on Thursdays 4:00-5:00 pm ($105)

    No membership fees! No dress code is required for these classes!

    Dancers may wear a dance costume to class or any comfortable clothing.  While specific dance shoes are not required for any short session, we encourage ballet shoes for the Ballet & Creative Movement and Ballet & Musical Theater classes.

    Enrollment for the next session begins on March 25.

    • The Jazz Workshop Series is included in the Investment for Performing Group Dancers.

  • We are excited to welcome back Broadway San Diego Masterclasses with Aladdin!

    All Levels @ 9am - 10:30am

    Students should wear their EDMC jazz dress code and jazz shoes with hair pulled back in a pony tail or braid.

  • We are excited to welcome Isabella Lown this summer for a Contemporary Masterclass on July 20!

    Time is TBD based on enrollment. If your dancer is not enrolled in jazz and would like to participate, use the level that corresponds to their ballet or tap level.

    Students should wear their EDMC jazz dress code and jazz shoes with hair pulled back in a ponytail or braid.

      During the dance season, we take photographs and videos of dance classes, and other EDMC events involving dancers to share with parents, classes, or social channels. By which incidentally, some photographs and/or video may capture your dancer's participation, directly or indirectly.

      We seek your consent in allowing us to publish photos or videos that may involve your dancer. No identifying information will be included.

      Please be aware, that before we use photos of individual dancers on print or digital marketing or paid advertisement materials, we will seek approval from the dancer's parent/legal guardian.

    • Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

      Expressions Dance & Movement, LLC ("EDMC") requires a Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk to be on file for every currently enrolled dancer for the 2023-2024 Season running from August 7, 2023 - June 22, 2024.


      This Waiver affects dancers currently enrolled for participation in dance and/or acro classes, rehearsals, practices and/or performances (“the Activities”) offered by EDMC at:

      9225 Carlton Hills Blvd. STE 28, 23,1 Santee, CA 92071 (Studios A, B, C, D, E) AND/OR

      9470 Cuyamaca Street STE 140, Santee, CA 92071 (Cuyamaca Studio) AND/OR

      Other venues/premises from time to time,

      and/or use of the property, facilities, and services of EDMC.

      RISK FACTORS:
      I understand and acknowledge that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, practices, and/or performances involve some inherent risks such as, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss, illness, or death. Furthermore, participation in these activities includes
      possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19.

      ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE:
      I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-described activities and I assume full responsibility for personal injury, property damage, loss, illness, or death to myself and my family members, and further release and discharge EDMC for injury, loss or
      damage arising out of my or my family’s use of or presence in the facilities of EDMC, whether caused by the actions of myself or my family, EDMC, or third parties.


      DAMAGES DUE TO NEGLIGENCE:
      I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of EDMC caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me or my family.

      MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION:
      In the event of an injury to the above-named minor, while participating in the Activities provided or sponsored by EDMC, I give permission to EDMC, its employees, representatives and/or agents of EDMC to arrange for all necessary medical treatment for which I shall be
      financially responsible. This temporary authority will begin on the date this form is submitted and will remain in effect for the duration of active enrollment with EDMC or June 22, 2024, whichever occurs first.

      EDMC shall have the following powers:

      1) The power to seek appropriate medical treatment or
      attention on behalf of myself or my child as may be required by the circumstances, including without limitation, that of a licensed medical physician and/or a hospital.

      2) The power to authorize medical treatment or medical procedures in an emergency situation.

      3) The power to make appropriate decisions regarding clothing, bodily nourishment, and shelter.
