Team Parents don't need or get a badge in the Mustang (10u) or higher divisions.

Only coaches and rostered players can be on the field or in the dugout in Mustang & up.

Coaches have much more required background check and certifications.

Team Parents cannot coach, only MPB-approved coaches can.
