Hours
Rentals are from 1 pm to 4 pm or as agreed upon by FAAA within this agreement. There are options to add-on additional hours for set up or clean up, but these must be prearranged, starting at $25 an hour. If the premise has not been vacated by agreed ending time and no previous arrangements have been made, a $100 per hour fee will be assessed
Children
While we welcome children and families, please note that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this property, and the Renter accepts the risk or harm to any children on the property. To ensure the safety of children attending events they must be attended to at all times and are expected to treat the venue, the exhibits and furnishings with respect. Children shall not be permitted to roam the property without adult supervision. We ask that children refrain from running while on the premises.
Alcohol and Inappropriate Behavior
Alcohol is not allowed to be served at this time.
We reserve the right to remove anyone who is being destructive of property.
Renter will not allow guests to engage in any illegal activity, or behavior.
Sound and Amplification Rules
All volume levels must be respectful of other guests.
Smoking, Dogs/Pets
Smoking, to include e-cigs, are strictly forbidden in the facility and will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit
There is a designated smoking area outside. Please no smoking anywhere else on the property.
No dogs or pets allowed on our property.
The venue manager needs to be informed of all service animals prior to the event
Candles and Decor
No Candles
Renter is responsible for setting up and taking down of tables and chairs.
For hanging decorations: No hanging decorations on walls. Table decor and free standing decor only.
Renter is responsible for providing your own supplies and set up equipment.
Absolutely no glitter, rice, birdseed or the like.
Food
Outside food and catering can be brought in. FAAA Does not supply any food or catering services.
Kitchen
There is a full kitchen for use. If you choose to use the kitchen for cooking there is a $65 fee. Renter will be charged for any missing/damaged kitchen equipment (utensils, serving dishes, etc
Cleaning
The entire facility, inside and outside must be returned in like condition upon the end of the event, to include picking up and cleaning the facility
Cleaning supplies will be provided for these purposes
A cleaning service may be arranged in advance with a local cleaning company, starting at $250.00
Renter must provide name and cell phone of the person who will be responsible for cleaning and collecting personal items
All decor, personal items and rentals must be cleaned up and have vacated the premises at the conclusion of your event
All event garbage must be collected in bags and taken to the trash bin behind the building. Renter understands that Fremont Area Art Association will not be held liable for any items lost, misplaced, stolen or dam- aged. The Renter is responsible to confirm that no items where left behind. Any items left will be donated to charity or discarded.
