Outdoor vendor setup begins at 8 am at your location which will be given to you closer to time.
Trailer vendors can drop off their trailers the night before. Call 660-263-6070 or email chamber@moberlychamber.com to make arrangements.
The vendor cost is $50 for a 10x10 booth space. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS. Trailers and enclosed vendors are perfect for this event.
No power is available for indoor or outdoor vendors and no generators or heat are allowed inside the Fennel. Please plan accordingly.
What does this event consist of? In the past, we have had all-day pop-up shops & food trucks, Christmas Parade, carriage rides, live reindeer, Mayor's Tree Lighting, business activities, business specials, and the ice-skating rink will be at the Fennel outdoors.
This event has been hosted since 2019 (formerly known as Moberly's Christmas Festival) and has grown to become one of the largest holiday events in Mid-Missouri. It is estimated the event had around 13,000 people in attendance in 2023.
Event Rules:
1. Please, be respectful to other vendors.
2. Vendor spaces should be clean and attractive. Well-kept spaces will attract more business and will help with an overall appearance!
3. Vendors must supply tables, chairs, tents, and any other items that may be needed for their set-up. Festival Committee, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for any damage due to inclement weather. This event will happen rain, snow, or shine
4. Vendors are responsible for any permits, licenses, and/or legal responsibilities regarding sales and sales tax collections according to state and city laws.
6. All requests or special needs must be made in writing and received with the completed application or by email. The committee cannot guarantee that all requests will be granted.
7. The vendor agrees not to hold the Festival Committee, the Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce staff, Moberly Parks and Recreation or volunteers responsible for any theft, injury, or accidents occurring during the festival.
8. Vendors may play music at their booths, but it must not be loud enough to cause a disturbance. Also, the use of megaphones by vendors is prohibited.
9. You are responsible for your own trash, please DO NOT use public dumpsters or trash cans.
10. The Festival Committee, Staff, and Volunteers reserve the right to add to or take away from these rules and regulations at any time. The above-mentioned also reserves the right to ask the vendor to vacate the premises if these rules and regulations are not followed.
11. Generators less than 60 decibels will only be allowed at this event (no power is available on the streets or indoors at the Fennel.)
12. No generators indoors at the Fennel.
