Oakwood families are expected to volunteer in some way during the school year. We provide many opportunitites to make a special impact on the life and vibe of our program, whether it is fixing something that's broken, or donating your choice of items from our wish list. Please let us know what special skills you bring to the community, and a preview of what areas you plan to sign up for at the Orientation Night. If you are joining after the start of the year, we will be reaching out based on your responses given here.

We endeavor to take beautiful and inspiring photos on a daily basis, and during special events. These are used to update you on the students' experiences, to enter into the yearbook, and to raise awareness of the program in our local community. We may use these photos in newsletters, social media posts, or advertisements, while never including students' names or program location.

If you would like your child to be excluded from all group and individual photos, your child should know and understand your choice so they understand why their picture isn't being taken. We will kindly support your choice by subtly avoiding photo angles that include your child. On field trips we may ask your child to stay with you while we take a group photo.

Students without a media release will still be able to participate in professional class portrait sessions, with all-class and individual photos available for purchase.

Unless you have a currently enrolled student, your application is not complete until you have taken an in-person tour with your child, and submitted your $75 application fee. Tours are offered throughout the school year on Thursdays at 10:30am. Please visit the website to set up a tour right away, and to recieve our address.

The re-enrollment fee for current students is $50.

Final admission and cohort decisions will be made by June 30 at the latest, and you will recieve a contract and more program info at that time.

Please add all program dates to your calendar, including the Parent Orientation at 6:00pm on September 3. This is mandatory for all new and returning families.
