DEADLINE FOR VENDOR APPLICATIONS IS SATURDAY, JUNE 1, 2024, unless approved by the 5K Run/Walk Committee. Include all products and/or services you intend to market or offer for sale on this form. Food will NOT be permitted to be sold and/or provided at the facility. The event personnel reserve the right to deny participation to vendors who sell or market products that have not been disclosed during the application process and to vendors that sell duplicate products or services. This application reserves a 10'X10' space for your business. One 6' table with two chairs will be provided. VENDORS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ACCEPTANCE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER APPLICATION AND PAYMENT SUBMISSION.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET-UP NO LATER THAN 6:00 a.m. the MORNING OF THE EVENT. Vendors must provide their own signage and tents (if applicable).
