Payment Schedule	A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booking (plus applicable payment processing service fees) is due with a completed registration to guarantee your reservation. To secure your spot on this exclusive jounery you must remit inital payment by XX, 2024. No reservations will be accepted after that date. There are two payment plan options available: Monthly - Due the 15th of every month beginning XX 15th through XX 20XX Every 3 Months - Due the 5th of the following designated months - 2021: April, July, & Oct; 2022: January, April, & July Please Note: Per the terms and conditions of the supplier (XX) 25% of the total cost of the booking is non-refundable. All payments include an applicable payment processing service fee that is the responsibility of the traveler to pay.
Late Payment Terms	The traveler must adhere to the required payment schedule to keep their reservation active. A late payment fee of $25 will assessed to all reservations for every month that scheduled payments are not received. A separate invoice will be sent to collect the late fee. Fees must be collected prior to collection of the missed payment. After three missed scheduled payments your reservation will be automatically cancelled for non-payment and due to the breach in contract you will not be entitled to receive a refund for any monies paid.
