  • Vendor Agreement

  • 1. This event is a family friendly event. Please keep any adult material out of view of minors. Any materials deemed offensive by Pendleton Pride will not be permitted to be displayed or sold.

    2. All vendors are responsible for paying any fees and obtaining permits required on time by federal, state, or local governmental entities, including but not limited to the Town of Pendleton. Pendleton Pride is not responsible for the collection or submission of any governmental fees.

    3. Pendleton Pride will supply event insurance for the day of event. Pendleton Pride does not assume any liability for vendors, their invitees, or licensees within or around vendor's allotted area. Vendors will be required to show proof of insurance or sign a waiver.

    4. Vendors are required to unload booth items and begin set up for event no later than 11:15am. All booths shall be set up and ready for customers by 11:45am. Vendors agree to not tear down booths before 4:00pm. No vehicles will be allowed in the vendor area prior to 4:00pm. No vendors are allowed to leave before 4:00pm. 

    5. All vendors, employees, and representatives are expected to behave in all matters of attire, conduct, etc. in accordance with attending a family friendly event.

    6. Vendors must secure their canopy with appropriate weights to prevent any movement during high winds or inclement weather. Failure to secure canopies could result in injuries. This is not optional. Vendors should be checking the weather and plan accordingly. We require at least 40 pounds per leg of canopies or tents.

    7. Vendors shall not display or sell any illegal or contraband items, items that are unlicensed and/or copies/interpretations of licensed or registered items at any or all sites and operations of Pendleton Pride. The laws of the State of Indiana and local ordinances of the Town of Pendleton must be followed.

    8. Vendors shall keep the premises and surrounding area free from accumulation of waste materials, debris, and rubbish caused by operations especially after event.

    9. All are welcome at Pendleton Pride, but active political campaigning is discouraged. Vendor space will not be available for political action committee (PACs) and candidates.

    10. Vendors who are reselling pre-purchased items (purchasing items from Amazon, Temu, AliExpress, etc. to resell) will not be permitted. If you have questions, please email us.

    11. Any organization that is a no-show at Pendleton Pride without notice will not be considered for future participation in any Pendleton Pride events. If there are any circumstances beyond your control to attend the event, prior notice must be given.

    12. Any businesses or organizations that do not agree with the rules set forth will be asked to immediately leave and will not be considered for any future participation in Pendleton Pride events. If the aforementioned disagreement is not discovered until after the acceptance of the vendor, no refund will be provided if vendor is refused for this reason.

    13. Vendors who do not comply with this agreement will not be allowed to register for any future Pendleton Pride events. 

     

  • 2026 Vendor Deadlines

     

    Vendors notified by email:     August 1, 2026

    Payment deadline:                     August 15, 2026

    Ensure vendors@pendletonpride.org is in your contacts to receive all information relating to the event. If payment is not received by August 15, booth will be forfeited and the next vendor on the wait list will be contacted.

    Types of payment accepted: certified bank check, money order, or PayPal.

    Checks made payable to: Madison County Pride Inc. with Pendleton Pride on the memo line to Pendleton Pride, PO Box 281, Pendleton IN 46064

    All booth sizes are 10' x 10', the spacing will be 15' x 15'

     

     

    2026 Vendor Fees

    Non-Profit, Sponsor, Student booths:                  $0

    Arts/Crafts, Merchandise booths :                       $30

    Services, Informational booths:                          $50

    (Services/Informational vendors pass out information for a service or are trying to sell a service that is not performed at the event.)

    Prepackaged Food/Drink booths:                      $75

    (Prepackaged Food/Drink vendors would have items prepared ahead of time and in a closed package for consumption at a later time, if wanted.)

    Prepared Onsite Food/Drink booths:                $250

    (Prepared Onsite Food/Drink vendors would prepare items onsite for consumption at event. Prepared Onsite vendor fee is $250 with $150 being refunded and received at the completion of Pendleton Pride event.)

    **Limited scholarships are available for those needing help with vendor fees. Please ensure to fill out "Scholarship Request" portion of form to be considered.**

    Pendleton Pride reserves the right to verify vendor information provided to ensure information is correct and up-to-date. 

    Please complete the form below so that the necessary information is gathered to process your registration. NO MONEY IS DUE AT THIS TIME.

    All registrations will be reviewed by the Pendleton Pride committee and applicant notified by email no later than August 1, 2026.

    All payments must be received by August 15, 2026. (Once payments are received by Pendleton Pride, no refunds will be granted for any reason including vendor withdraw)
