  • The Route 66 Hogs & Frogs Festival Committee welcomes your participation in the 4th Annual Route 66 Hogs & Frogs Festival. This is a community/family & pet friendly event. To ensure your attendance as a vendor, please complete this form in its entirety. Static Food Vendors, Mobile Food Trucks and Tattoo Artists must fill out applications that apply to them. This year we will be going back in time as we celebrate our early years!  It's all about classic cars and classic motorcycles!  Channel your inner James Dean or Marilyn Monroe and come join us for the hottest festival to hit the Byway in decades!  Should you have any questions, please send a text message to (573) 855-5119 or reach out by email at info@route66hogsandfrogsfest.com.   • Route 66 Hogs & Frogs Fest Coordinators (H&FFC) will use the Primary Contact’s number through text or phone call for any public or weather emergency notices from September 20th at 8:00am until the area is cleared on September 22nd.

  • Event permit cost:  $75.00 

  • VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION

    We accept all types of arts, crafts, services and merchandise. Vendors that have a motorcycle or vintage auto/classic car aesthetic, promotes Waynesville and its attributes such as Croaker, Waynesville Tigers, Downtown Waynesville, Route 66, Roubidoux Bridge, Park or Spring and/or businesses, etc, are preferred. This is not a juried event, however, due to space limitations, duplicate crafts and the best interest of all vendor participants, the H&FFC reserve the right to return the vendor’s payment if too many duplicate applications are recieved. Political booths shall be allowed at the event only if there is adequate space.

  • Please note that electric hookup may not be available to all vendors.  Electric hookups are first come first serve.  If you require an electric hookup, an additional charge of $25.00 for the weekend will apply. 

  • VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS

    1.    Booth spaces are approximately 12x12. More than one booth space may be  requested, however, due to space limitations, additional fees may apply to reserve more than one space.


    2.    Most booths will have access to electric within 75 feet of booth space. Booths will be placed on a first come first serve basis. The 66H&FFC reserve the right to place vendors, as they deem necessary.  Additional fees for electric service may apply. 


    3.   Hours of operation will be from 3:00pm Friday, September 20th to 3:00pm Sunday, September 22nd. Vendors will receive notification on when they can arrive in order to set up on Friday.  VENDORS WHO SHOW UP BEFORE THEIR ASSIGNED TIME WILL HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE OF THE PARK UNTIL STAFF IS AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU. 


    4.    Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, coverings, electrical cords, etc. Tents and canopies must be secure without impeding any emergency service lanes.


    5.    Vendors are responsible for the removal of all equipment debris from their space before leaving the Park on Sunday evening. Vendors who do not clean their area will not be allowed to attend the festival the following year.


    6.    Booth display’s, materials and merchandise must be judged appropriate by the 66H&FFC and the Right-to-Refuse any vendor is at the sole discretion of the coordinators.


    7.    All activity of your booth must be conducted within the space limitations of your booth. Distribution of literature must take place within your booth space and not in the open areas ofthe event.


    8.   No signage or displays may protrude beyond actual space rented. Signs & displays must be family friendly.


    9.   No food or beverage may be given out to the public from your vendor booth.


    10. All pets must be leashed, harnessed or tethered.


    11. Vendors who disturb the peace or other vendors may be evicted without a refund.

    12.  Vendors who are rude, argumentative or abusive towards park or festival staff will be banned from future Route 66 Hogs and Frogs festival events.  Profanity at any level will not be tolerated. 

     

    13.  This event will be held "rain or shine".  


    14.  Vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of Missouri sales tax.

  • Once your application is processed and approved, you will recieve an Invoice that may be paid online.
