If you are a non-profit organization or an early stage startup (with less than $1M in revenues), we would like to create a private OOt community for you and your members! By participating in the OOt Social Health Partner Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:Partnership Agreement: By submitting this form, you agree to enter into a partnership with OOt Social Health. Partnership Type Website Link Exchange: By choosing this partnership type, you agree to display a link to OOt Social Health's website on your own website. Organization Details: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your organization. Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by OOt Social Health during the partnership. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Ontario jurisdiction. Term and Termination: This partnership agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. OOt Social Health reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time for violation of these terms. Website Link Exchange Agreement: By selecting the Website Link Exchange partnership type, you agree to prominently display a link to OOt Social Health's website on your own website's homepage or partner, relevant pages. The link should be placed in a manner consistent with your website's design and layout. Modification of Terms: OOt Social Health reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes via email. By submitting the partner registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
