  • Welcome to the Atascocita Commons Market. We will be hosting markets every month. Please fill out this form to apply for a booth. We reserve the right to deny any application we see fit, for any reason. 

    Schedule:

    Set up: 9:00am -10:30am

    Market opens: 11:00am

    Market closes: 4:00pm

    Tear down: 4:00pm - 5:30pm

     Summer schedule:

    Set up: 8:00am - 9:45am

    Market opens: 10:00 am

    Markets closes: 2:00 pm 

    Tear down: 2:00pm

     Lowe's Parking lot!

    We will allow you to pull up to your booth to unload. Unload everything from your vehicle and move your vehicle to the vendor parking area before setting up in order to allow others to get in and out quickly as well. No vehicles will be allowed to pull back into the market space until 4:15 so customers have a chance to finish up and get out of the market space.

    Early tear down without prior approval from market management can result in a fine or termination from any future markets. It makes it appear as if the market is closing down to any customers that are shopping, and is not fair to the other vendors who are set up to sell until 4pm.

    What you need to know:

    Booth spaces are available in 10x10 increments. Trailer spaces will be available as well. 

     Please make sure you have the appropriate canopy weights. We will require a minimum of 30lb per leg.

    This is a rain or shine market, however we will monitor any severe weather and cancel if need be. If we have to cancel the market your payment will be rolled over to the next market date. Any credits will expire at the end of 2025 NO EXCEPTIONS.

    We do not offer any refunds if you decide to cancel. If you do have to cancel for any reason we will move your payment over to a future date of your choosing. Please try to give at least 48hrs notice if possible. No shows the day of the market will forfeit payment for that market, and will not be eligible for a roll over. Any credits will expire at the end of 2026 NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Please keep your booth and walk ways clear of any tripping hazards. Pick up after yourself, do not leave any trash behind. Any large or bulky trash you will have to haul away yourself. There will be trash cans on site.

    There are restrooms available at the market in side Lowe's.  If you utilize any restrooms inside the businesses at the shopping center do not leave behind a mess, be respectful of the businesses that are allowing us to use their parking lots. 

    Atascocita Commons Market team will NOT be held responsible for any damages, injuries, lost or stolen goods.
