PRIVATE LECTURE ROOM PACKAGE  Private Lecture Room for 45 minutes during the event for your organization to host lectures and an exhibit table in the main exhibit hall. Suggested talk time of 10-15 minutes with 20 minute Q&A to follow. (Coffee Service Included)
